What a great experience! Everyone here was amazing friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Mark K and Stefan P is an excellent. There was definitely some back and forth during the negotiation, but that’s part of the process, and he was always respectful, transparent, and fair. In the end, we reached a deal that both sides were happy with, and I really appreciate the effort they put into making it happen. If you’re looking for honest people who will work with you, I highly recommend them!

Don't do it - this dealership is ok until you need something. I have been waiting for 4 months for a GAP refund check - all I get is - out of my hands - not my department. Ronnie says not my problem - it is in Accounting department. Accounting is no where to be found. Mark says unacceptable - but is he doing anything, NO he has not - . Called and texted him after initial conversation - NO response now what - Will a negative review get the attention of management?

On a scale of 1to 10 I95 is a 20+. I called 3 Nissan dealerships about that “ bait and switch” no $ down deal. I came in for an oil change and multipoint inspection after letting my car sit for a few months, and Xavier and his team were amazing. Xavier was helpful, attentive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I was in and out much faster than expected, and they clearly explained what my car needed without making me feel pressured. The entire team was pleasant and professional. Customer service was so amazing Roderick make sure that all your needs are met and that the customer is completely satisfied that was mine biggest takeaway and Alex he's amazing when it comes to insurance and dealing with the insurance companies to get to the best right and my finance guy Ronnie has some magic fingers and worked those numbers.
