Purchased a used truck from I-95 Nissan. The A/C was not working at purchased and it was agreed they would fix the issue as a part of the purchase. The belief was the A/C just needed a recharge. Long story short, it turned out the evaporator was leaking and would need replacement. This required removing the dash and steering column to replace. What a great experience! Everyone here was amazing friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Mark K and Stefan P is an excellent. There was definitely some back and forth during the negotiation, but that’s part of the process, and he was always respectful, transparent, and fair. In the end, we reached a deal that both sides were happy with, and I really appreciate the effort they put into making it happen. Don't do it - this dealership is ok until you need something. I have been waiting for 4 months for a GAP refund check - all I get is - out of my hands - not my department. Ronnie says not my problem - it is in Accounting department. Accounting is no where to be found. Mark says unacceptable - but is he doing anything, NO he has not - . Called and texted him after initial conversation - NO response now what - Will a negative review get the attention of management?

I came in for an oil change and multipoint inspection after letting my car sit for a few months, and Xavier and his team were amazing. Xavier was helpful, attentive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I was in and out much faster than expected, and they clearly explained what my car needed without making me feel pressured. The entire team was pleasant and professional.
